What uses a credit
A record with a completed check or a delivered result, whether or not a match is found. Records without a usable name and records that ended only in a service error do not.
If your balance is too low
If your balance is lower than the number of records in the file, UTe1 checks the first records your credits cover and leaves the rest unsearched. With no credits left, a campaign does not start. Add Review Credits to check the remaining records. Stopping a campaign does not return Review Credits already used.

Order
Choose the number of Review Credits or an amount under Account, then Orders.

Pay
Pay by card. Payment is made on the secure page of our payment provider, and UTe1 never sees or stores card details.

Verified
After the payment is verified, the Review Credits are added and a confirmation email arrives with your receipt number.

Receipt
The receipt stays under Account, then Orders and can be printed or saved as a PDF.
We never ask for your password or codes. Payments are made only on the secure page opened from your account. If something looks different, ask through Account, then Support, or Contact before paying.

| Canceling an order | Before the payment is verified, give the order number under Account, then Support, or use Contact. A canceled order adds no Review Credits. |
| What is refunded | The value of the Review Credits from that order that are still unused. Review Credits already used and Review Credits that have expired are not refunded. |
| How to ask | After payment, ask the same way. A refund removes the unused Review Credits from your balance, has its own reference, and an email confirms it. |
| Timing | The money is returned by the method you paid with, and how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank. |
